Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note that shipping may be restricted or delayed in regions affected by armed conflict, sanctions, or international shipping limitations. If you're unsure about delivery to your country, feel free to contact us at support@sportyandrich.com.
What couriers do you use?
US orders are shipped via UPS Sure Post and international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders take 2–3 business days after shipping, and International orders usually take 5–7 business days after shipping. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, but additional delays might occur during peak periods.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. All duties, taxes, and fees are included at checkout — there are no extra charges upon delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We usually process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes. That said, please email support@sportyandrich.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help.
Can I add an item to my order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order once it's been submitted. You'll need to place a new order.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through the link in that email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Online orders cannot be returned to physical locations and vice versa. Please refer to the Returns tab for more information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I make an exchange?
We accept exchanges for domestic orders only (US) — Our return portal will guide you through the exchange process if your desired item is available. Please refer to the Returns tab for more information.
What size should I order?
If you're a woman, take your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down for a closer fit. If you're a man, take your regular size. Each product page includes a size chart and a fit tool based on your height, weight, and usual sizing — please refer to that before placing your order.
How should I wash my items?
All of our garments are preshrunk and garment-dyed, which may cause bleeding during the first few washes. We recommend washing items alone the first few times, using cold water and like colors afterwards, and avoiding bleach and tumble drying for best results.
Where are your items made?
The vast majority of our apparel is proudly made in the USA. Accessories such as hats, water bottles, jewelry, and wellness items are made overseas.
Will sold out items be restocked?
We rarely restock past items unless they’re in very high demand. Most drops are limited release. To get notified about restocks or similar items, subscribe to our Newsletter or click on “Notify Me” on the product page.
Do you have physical stores?
Yes, we do. Our flagship store is located on 133 Greene St in NYC. Opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm EST.
